The Zarsam factory commenced operations in July 2015 and has achieved its current standing through years of continuous effort and collaboration with a large group of artists and specialists from various industries. The primary idea behind establishing and developing the factory was to focus on integrated production, aiming for direct supervision and enhancement of product quality to ensure that they are produced swiftly and to the standards deserving of our customers. In addition to Zarsam’s main production line, which is responsible for the final product manufacturing, complementary production units fulfill or produce our needs in different sectors.
The Afrasam unit manufactures boxes, wooden frames, and branch decorations, while the Arsam unit specializes in creating product boxes (hard boxes).
Our foundry and plating workshop meet the requirements of the production line, which has enabled us to be independent from imports and external suppliers for these products while fulfilling our social responsibility as an Iranian business. The integration of production processes and independence from external contractors in the supply chain—especially for strategic production items—has completed the oversight of all processes, allowing us to achieve the highest quality in production.
