Product exchange and warranty conditions

Our communication and commitment with customers is continuous. No value in Zarsam is higher than customer satisfaction, and one of our most important commitments is to provide diverse services in the after-sales service sector.

Up to six days after the date of purchase included in the invoice, products can be exchanged for free and after that with a deduction of 10% of the daily amount of the product. Note that for exchange, the product must be healthy and unused; Its birth certificate is available and there is no need to provide a purchase invoice. All Zersam products (except customized products and corporate gifts) can be exchanged with other Zersam products at any time if the desired conditions are met.
If, when using the product warranty service, it is not possible to replace the product from our side, your wallet will be charged at the Zersam customer club with the amount of the same day and you can buy another product according to your taste.

Products are repaired free of charge during the warranty period. But if the product is not in the warranty period and you want to repair it, the product will be made for you at a cost. Also, if the product is under warranty, but the product defect is not included in our warranty conditions and can be repaired, the repair will be done at a cost.

_Break the product resin due to impact.
_Halo, turbidity, wave and scratch of resin products due to contact with chemicals or water or sharp objects.
_Broken chain or loss of plating.

_Breaking, scratching, wear and tear of ceramic frame glass and product body.
_Any type of manipulation and repair done by different people.
